This yummy smoothie is  packed with nutrients! Vitamin A, potassium and fiber makes this pumpkin smoothie the perfect fall treat!

Ingredients:                                                                               

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened rice milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of nutmeg (optional)
  • 5 ice cubes

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender except for nutmeg and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses add a pinch of nutmeg (optional) and serve.
