Ingredients:

  • 1 non-dairy  plain yogurt of choice (5.3 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 sliced kiwi
  • 1/3-1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds 

Instructions:  In a large bowl, arrange your fruit, quinoa, yogurt and hemp seeds separately or stir them all together.
