Cauliflower rice is nutritious and anti-inflammatory dish. It’s easy to make and you can use it as a base for stir-fries or as a side for other dishes.

Cook: 5 minutes


  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:  Using a food processor or if you don’t have a food processor you can use a box grater using the small holes of the box grater. Pulse or grate until they resemble rice.  In a large saute pan over medium-high heat the olive oil. Once the olive oil is heated add the cauliflower and cook, stirring occasionally, until it softens, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper or any other herbal season you may want to add then serve. Enjoy!
