Chia seed pudding is a healthy yummy snack that is packed with fiber, protein, and anti-inflammatory omega -3 fatty acids. They have great healing properties and are good for the gut because they are mucilaginous.
- 1/8 cup of chia seeds
- 3/4 cups of almond milk
- Handful of blueberries or blackberries
- Handful of sliced strawberries
- Handful of raspberries
Soak 1/8 cup of chia seeds in 3/4 cups of almond milk overnight, or for an hour (if you want to have it the same day) Top with fresh berries. Enjoy!
