Mulled Hot Apple Cider

Ingredients:  16 cups of fresh apple cider or pure apple juice 4 cinnamon sticks 2 oranges, peels and juice 5 cloves 6 star anise Directions:  Combine the orange peel, orange juice and rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer over low heat for 6 to 10 minutes. Pour into mugs. Enjoy!
