Servings 1-3 cups


  • 1 cup almond milk
  •  1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (such as honey, or agave nectar) *
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons either raw cacao powder or cocoa powder


Add almond milk to a bowl add chia seeds stir and leave out of the fridge while you prep the other ingredients.  Take 1 ripe banana and mash it with a fork until all banana pieces are mashed and smooth.  Add the raw cacao or cocoa powder to the banana and mix well.  Add mixture to chia pudding. Mix well and let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight.
