- Honeydew, 1 cup (frozen)
- Blueberries, 1/2 cup (frozen)
- Coconut Milk, 1/4 cup
- Freeze small chunks of honeydew overnight. (Small chunks will make the blending process easier.)
- Add both ingredients in a blender with plant milk and pulse until smooth.
- Serve in your favorite Coconut Bowls and top with berries and granola.
