Green smoothies are healthy drinks that pack a healthy punch to keep you going all day long. This is a great smoothie to enjoy on St. Patrick’s Day or any day you want a fun green yummy healthy drink.
Ingredients
- 1-2 Tbs organic cacao nibs
- 1 frozen large banana (the more ripe, the better)
- 1-2 drops peppermint extract (or handful of fresh mint leaves)
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 2/3 cup almond or hemp milk (Use more or less, depending on desired thickness.)
Preparation:
Blend everything together garnish with fresh mint leaves.
