Ingredients:
- 1 non-dairy plain yogurt of choice (5.3 ounce)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 sliced kiwi
- 1/3-1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
Instructions: In a large bowl, arrange your fruit, quinoa, yogurt and hemp seeds separately or stir them all together.
