This yummy smoothie is packed with nutritious yumminess.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • two handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 springs of mint (remove stems)
  • 2 cups of water

Directions:  Put all ingredients in a blender and mix. You can refrigerate for 2-3 days.  Recipe is for 2-­‐4  servings.
