Ingredients 

  • 1 lb Sea Bass
  • Extra-virgin olive oil in spray pump bottle
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dozen asparagus stalks
Directions: 
Sea Bass: Preheat grill for high heat.  Lightly oil grill with virgin olive oil. Cook Sea Bass for 6 – 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
 
Grilled asparagus: Using tongs, place asparagus stalks individually on the grill horizontally (so they don’t fall through) or you can cook in the broiler for 7- 10 minutes on each side (turning so that grill marks are on all sides). Grill or broil until they look done but not burned.
Serve with lemon, Enjoy!!
